PRODUCT 5010/ 37 AE + CAT
Co-polyester adhesive with extremely high molecular weight to be applied in a 37% solution of solids in ethyl-acetate and through a hot lamination for film matching destined to food and non-food packaging.
Due to its characteristics, this product ensures an extremely elevated thermic stability in the joint and avoids the slipping of the glued films during the high-temperature sterilization.
It is perfect to joint PE + PPI + Aluminum + Polyamides + PETP. Fortester 5010/37AE can be applied through suitable rollers.
Before applying, one must add 2-5 parts of catalyzer every 100 parts of Fortester 5010/37AE.
